Here’s what you’ll need during the onboarding process: Business entity name Restaurant location address Domain name (website URL) Once you complete your onboarding, our Customer Onboarding Team will get in touch with you within 4–8 working hours to review your account and verify your business identity. At this stage, they may request: Employer Identification Number (EIN) Entity documents Any additional documentation needed for identity verification After these details are confirmed, our team will coordinate with you to finish the rest of the setup, ensuring your Website and Online Ordering go live quickly—usually in under 2 hours. This setup includes: 1. Payment Processing Setup We partner with Stripe to offer secure online transactions. If you don’t already have a Stripe account, we’ll help you create one so your customers can start making online payments right away. 2. Website Customization We’ll update your new website with your unique branding, ensuring it reflects your restaurant’s personality and appeals to your customers. 3. Online Ordering Setup Using your menu, we’ll configure your online ordering system so customers can begin placing orders immediately. Our goal is to make onboarding as efficient as possible, so you can focus on what matters most—serving great food to your customers.
    Currently, we seamlessly integrate with Clover, which means online orders and payment information will flow directly into your Clover POS and print tickets on the same system you already use. We’re also working on partnering with more POS providers and will share a list of our new integrations as they become available.
